The Program
This isn't a beginner routine. The Road to The Stage is a high-intensity regiment packed with supersets and tri-sets, designed to change the speed of your training and push you past your level of comfort — resulting in drastic changes in body composition.
Six dedicated training days. Eight movements per session. Progressive overload built into every set. This is the same system used with real competition prep clients at The Flex Facility and Will Power Fitness Factory.
The Training Split
Each day targets a specific muscle group with 8 movements (4 supersets), progressively overloaded across 4 sets.
Day One
Pull-ups, cable rows, barbell rows, single-arm dumbbell rows, rear flys & face pulls — 8 movements, 4 supersets.
Day Two
Push-ups, cable flys, flat bench, incline press, hex press, decline press, Hammer Strength & landmine press.
Day Three
Leg press, squats, leg curls, RDLs, extensions, Bulgarian split squats, reverse lunges & step-ups.
Day Four
Lateral raises, dumbbell press, front raises, cable press, high pulls, barbell shrugs & Y-raises.
Day Five
EZ bar curls, dips, alt. dumbbell curls, tricep pushdowns, hammer curls, overhead extensions & diamond push-ups.
Day Six
Kettlebell swings, mountain climbers, thrusters, burpees, plank jacks, jump jacks, squat jumps & Russian twists.
