This Privacy Policy describes how The Flex Facility, operated by Flex Training LLC ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and shares information you provide through theflexfacility.com, book.theflexfacility.com, our portal, and any related services.
Information We Collect
- Contact info — name, email, phone number, mailing address
- Athletic profile — training goals, experience level, schedule preferences, age (athletes only)
- Communications — messages you send us, your replies to our SMS, voice messages (when applicable)
- Site activity — pages visited, forms submitted, browser/device type (via analytics tracking)
- Payment info — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers ourselves
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule training sessions
- Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, reschedules, order updates)
- Send marketing SMS and email about programs, merchandise, and events — only with your consent
- Improve our services and measure marketing effectiveness
- Process payments for sessions, merchandise, and digital products
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
SMS Messaging Program
By providing your phone number on any of our forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Flex Facility at that number, including:
- Transactional messages — booking confirmations, session reminders, reschedules, order status (sent regardless of marketing consent)
- Marketing messages — welcome sequences, training tips, event invitations, promotional offers
- Conversational replies — direct responses to questions you send us
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional booking-related messages we send to deliver services you've already booked.
We send SMS through Twilio in compliance with US carrier 10DLC requirements. Carrier message and data rates apply per your wireless plan.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers — Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (site metrics)
- Coaches at The Flex Facility — only the contact and booking information they need to deliver your training
- Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
Your Choices
- Opt out of marketing SMS — reply STOP to any marketing message
- Opt out of marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any email

Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS for all data transmission, encrypted databases, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we make commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information.
Children
Our services are intended for individuals 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Athletes under 18 must have parent or guardian consent recorded on intake.
