Terms of Service.
These Terms govern your use of The Flex Facility (operated by Flex Training LLC) website, booking system, training services, digital products, and merchandise. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Services
The Flex Facility provides personal training, group sessions, training programs (digital and in-person), and athletic apparel. Service availability, pricing, and content may change without notice.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
- Sessions are confirmed by email and SMS once scheduled
- 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid the full session fee
- No-shows are billed at the full session rate
- Reschedules within 24 hours are subject to availability
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
- Session fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
- Merchandise orders include the listed price plus a transaction fee to cover payment processing
- Merchandise refunds: within 14 days of receipt for unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- Digital products (training programs, eBooks) are non-refundable once downloaded
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS from The Flex Facility. See our Privacy Policy for details. Standard message and data rates apply per your wireless plan.

5. Health & Safety
- Consult your physician before starting any new training program
- You assume the inherent risks of physical training and exercise
- Disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or medications to your coach
- Follow all safety instructions from staff and use equipment only as directed
6. Member Conduct
Members must follow gym safety rules, treat staff and other clients with respect, and use equipment as instructed. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for conduct that violates these Terms or endangers others.
7. Intellectual Property
Training programs, videos, marketing content, the "FLEX FACILITY" name and logo, and all related materials are owned by Flex Training LLC. Do not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flex Training LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any single claim is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
